Will my employees benefit. If not, we failed. They benefit through the leadership skills we awaken in you. Part of leadership is inspiring others. In turn awakening the leadership in others. The Clear Bias Style is to be as efficient and effective as possible, with respect to being human. One of the reasons the coaching model is so efficient and effective is the way phone meetings are conducted. They get to the point. Sure, we are human and must express ourselves, phone or in-office. Yet the coaching phone meeting structure is effective by design.
How will I know if this has achieved my goals We use consultancy best practices to analyze, define, scope and report. The Clear Bias Method refines the model by placing ''controls'' within specific areas. One of the functions of these controls it to assess the alignment of milestones to quantitative metrics. These are determined early on in the process. This is also applied for qualitative gains as well. Most engagements are specified to achieve both. Of course your engagement will be considered for its unique qualities. Keep in mind we are people. We talk to each other. It is not enough to list the gains on a report. We will state where we are, what we have gained, where we need adjustment as a regular part of the process.
Will you travel to other locations Yes. We are located in New York City but clients can be located anywhere on the planet. The extreme efficiency and effectiveness of the coaching phone meeting design makes location independence a reality. We do live in the age of online presentation, webinars, podcasts, video and phone conferencing and the like. When in person meeting is necessary we can travel anywhere. The Clear Bias Business Coaching Method allows business as usual without face-to-face meeting. And when it is necessary, it is a very effective meeting due to our phone and online work.
Can you provide an off-site to energize my team. Yes. We do not advertise this because it grows out of the special needs of your business, your team.
Will my gains purely be an accounting issue Profits & Losses are Never purely an accounting issue.
They are always realized.
