Clearly Communicate Your Views

Your days will be smoother when are surrounded by leaders.  If you want to get more done, inspire them.

Consdier Leadership as connected to everyday tasks.  It is not an abstract skill.  Don't learn to be a leader, act like one.

Be your "higher" self.  Keep who you are in mind.  Use your mind before speaking and before acting.  If what you say and do come from your heart, you are being a leader.

Basic principles like never promise what you can't deliver.  Treat everyone with respect.  Or you demean yourself.  Compromising your leadership.

If those around you understand your vision, they are empowered to help you create it.  Share your Vision with everyone.

So what is a Vision?  
How does one know his vision?

I am speaking here about Business Vision & Strategy.  To energize others to follow your leadership, you must lead with Vision & Strategy.  They must hear from you what they are to accomplish and how.

So where does that come from?  No, you can't just make it up.  You are a business person.  It comes from the fundamentals of your business.  Your Business Model.

You must find your own voice for expressing the Key Strengths from your Business Model.  Put them into action words that resonate with your team.

Do I hear a "What" on that last one?  Yes, your Business Model.

A Business Model is a simplified snapshot of how a business operates in order to derive profit.  It is about creating your Value Proposition, delivering it to your Customer Segments and in through your Revenue Flows.  Business Modeling is a fundamental and defined process.
