Beginning Our Journey

Every Journey begins with the first step. OK, your have already taken enough steps to walk around the world a few times. In a sense, each Business Initiative is a new journey. Statistics show small and medium sized businesses re-invent themselves every 5 years. These are huge journeys. Large or small, if you are investing Time, Money, & Team, it is a journey worth dogged focus. It is that "weakest link" thing.

So let's being the journey.

There are targeted questions that we must ask each other. Not the least is if working together is the right thing to do. You may have read our Engagement Example and Our Engagement Style pages. These give you some insight into the process. The steps we take are well thought out. But they are not pre-planned. There are common business practices at the root of all business. Yet, the most valuable part of Your Business goes beyond business basics. We address both in a thoughtful and method manner. An important part of the Clear Bias Method is putting your issues onto a clean slate. Looking at your needs from a fresh perspective.

Our Journey Together will quickly move to action. Those "Actions" must be precisely aligned with your business, culture, and direction. We get that from our First Step of the Journey. The pre-Engagement Interview. It is a short, well structured dialog between the two of us where together we satisfy the question of working together.
